If the rumors hold true, Google's next generation Nexus device could be packed with a serious amount of power.
An insider source has told BGR that the upcoming device could be called the Nexus 4G and it will feature a 1.2 or 1.5GHz OMAP 4460 or low-power 28nm Krait-based Snapdragon dual-core chip, a "monster-sized" 720p screen and a complete lack of physical buttons.
Other possible features include 1GB of RAM, a 5 megapixel rear camera (with enhanced image quality), 1 megapixel forward camera, 4G LTE connectivity and Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich).
Keep in mind that this is not to be confused with the recently released Nexus S 4G. The name of this new device has probably not yet been finalized.
BGR has also been told that the Nexus 4G has been pegged for a Thanksgiving release and that the carrier could not be confirmed.
Naturally, this will lead many to believe that it could be a flagship phone for AT&T's 4G LTE network.
