AT&T announced via its Facebook Page that it will offer the HTC HD7S Windows Phone handset for $199.99 beginning on June 5th.
Sporting a monster 4.3-inch Super LCD display, the HD7S is powered by a 1GHz single-core processor and 1GB of RAM. The handset also has a 5-megapixel camera with dual-LED flash, 16GB of onboard storage, and Dolby Mobile audio.
The real claim to fame for this device is that the HD7S is AT&T’s largest Windows phone. The device also matches T-Mobile's HTC HD7 as the biggest Windows Phone 7 device on the market.
Overall, the HD7S is very high end and will land at a $199.99 price point with the signing of a two-year AT&T contract. Expect to see it available both in stores and online come June 5th.
