This Is My Next is reporting that Chinese manufacturer Lenovo is planning to release a 7-inch Honeycomb tablet later this year. Slated to arrive in Q4, the device looks to be the first real Android 3.0 tablet designed for productivity superstars.

Slides obtained by This Is My Next indicate the device will be powered by a NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor, have front and rear cameras, and will be available with 16, 32, and 64GB storage options. Overall, pretty standard stuff here.

More interesting, however, is that the tablet will have a 1280 x 800 IPS capacitive display with a capcitive stylus for sketching and note-taking. The latter sounds very similar to what HTC is trying to do with their Flyer.

Surrounding the tablet, Lenovo has USB 2.0, Micro USB, and mini-HDMI ports as well as a full-sized SD card slot. Again, pretty standard things here.

Anyway, as someone who loved the Galaxy Tab, a 7-inch Honeycomb tablet is something I can really get excited about. For those interested in more on this, head on over the This Is My Next to check out some additional images!
