Leaked documents from Verizon's internal system have indicated that the upcoming Android handset will indeed be a world phone. The document, which was leaked to enthusiast site Android Central, lists the handset as having both a CDMA and a GSM radio for connectivity when home or abroad. This is big news for travelers.
For a brief recap, the Incredible 2 includes an 8-megapixel camera, with a 1.3-megapixel webcam, as well as 16 GB of internal storage and DLNA capability. The device also has a 4-inch WVGA TFT display, 1GHz Qualcomm MSM86855 processor, 768 MB of RAM, and a tiny 1450 mAh battery.
Obviously, we're still waiting on Verizon to officially announce this handset, so things could change, but I doubt they will. This handset is launching soon.
Oh, and for those wondering, yes, the Incredible 2 will be replacing the original Droid Incredible when launched.
