BlackBerry Storm3 image leaked

An all-new image surfaced today that shows what is claimed to be -- and is very likely to be -- the BlackBerry Storm3 smartphone from RIM.

According to the anonymous tipster to BerryReview, the device packs a 3.7-inch screen and 8GB of internal memory. We're not sure how you only get those two specific pieces of information, but we still hope they're correct. 8 GB of internal memory isn't groundbreaking by anyone's standards, but for a RIM device, it would be a massive improvement.

Also completely unsubstantiated, but just as rumored, the Storm3 will include wireless hotspot capability as well.

Nothing more is known about the device, except for that it will include a trackpad at the bottom a la the Torch 9800, assuming the image above is in fact of the Storm3. The screen also looks, and is said to be flush and one with the casing, leading one to believe SurePress might finally be out of the equation, opting again for Torch similarities.

If history is any indication, the Storm3 will likely be a Verizon exclusive in the U.S. However, if the device pans out to be every bit as advanced (for a RIM offering) as it's shaping up to be, that exclusivity could finally be something to complain about.
