With September just a week away, we're overdue for some good old fashioned churning from the rumor mill.
Bloomberg has decided to rectify the situation, however, and has issued some predictions along with a date.
According to the report, Apple will hold its event on September 7th in San Francisco.
Some of the key announcements rumored to be made at the event:
- 99-cent TV show rentals in iTunes
- New iPod touch with dual camera and Apple's retina display
- iTV — A drastic update to Apple's failed Apple TV service. The new version is expected to run iTV and it apparently not support full HD playback.
Some things that could be announced, but are very unlikely:
- Streaming iTunes
- iTunes Wi-Fi sync — only Android users have that pleasure for now
