Documents detailing the BlackBerry Bold R020 and Oxford 9670 emerge
Internal documents are exposed for two upcoming unannounced BlackBerry devices

Interesting and somewhat depressing news today for BlackBerry users, as BGR outs internal documents on the will-be successor to the Bold 9700 and the long-rumored, often detested 9670 clamshell-QWERTY excrescence.
The ground-breaking 9700 replacement at hand? Another 9700 with slightly improved guts. It appears to be the same 9780 device we've been seeing floating around, we're just not really sure what's going on with this whole Bold R020 name all over these documents.
Spec bumps include 512 MB of internal memory and RAM, a 5-megapixel camera, WebKit browser and BlackBerry 6. Not a horrible spec sheet, we suppose, but can we please get some sexy new hardware? We're still looking at the same phone, externally, save for maybe a few color and material changes.
As far as the Oxford 9670 goes, there really isn't a whole lot of new information here. It looks like we'll absolutely see both Sprint and Verizon variants at this point. Whether anyone will want either is another story, but we suppose form factor variety is never a bad thing.
