Finally, an Android 2.2 over-the-air update rollout has officially begun for all Nexus One owners
Google pushing Froyo to all Nexus One phones

It seems like it's been quite a journey since Google first made Froyo official, and even though there are ways to get the latest and greatest build on just about any Android-powered device available, it's never a bad thing when a device receives the official blessing from Google.
First up, as expected, is the Nexus One. Owners of Google's baby can expect to see the over-the-air (OTA) update being pushed to their phones between as early as last night to as far out as the end of the week.
Among many changes, one of the biggest additions with Froyo is the ability to make any Android-powered device a mobile hotspot. Clearly, this is all the rage these days, and while previously being mainly a device-specific, out-of-the-box functionality as with phones like the Palm Pre Plus and the HTC EVO 4G, it's cool to see it made standard for a whole platform and every phone on it -- well, when other Android models receive the update, of course.
If you haven't received a notification saying that your update is available just yet, and the suspense it absolutely killing you, you can download the exact same build here to get the party started early on either an AT&T or T-Mobile Nexus One.
