Pictures of the unannounced HTC Incredible hit the Web this weekend, depicting a phone that appears to live up to its name

We've heard talk of a new Android "superphone" from HTC making its way to Verizon Wireless bearing the name "Incredible", but we've had no real evidence of such a phone's existence up until this weekend. Pocketnow.com managed to secure some shots of said phone, and while there's no confirmation of its destiny on Verizon, Android 2.1, Sense UI and the Incredible moniker are indeed intact.
Other key confirmed features are a Snapdragon processor, 256MB of RAM, a big (possibly AMOLED) WVGA screen clocking in somewhere around 3.5 to 3.7 inches, dual LED flashes for the camera and some sort of optical navigation control at the bottom of the device's front side.
There was some video of the device in action but, not surprisingly, it has since been taken down. The Incredible looks to be a younger, smaller cousin of the HTC Supersonic, supposedly headed for Sprint next month, as it looks to share the same control layout at the bottom. The overall footprint however, seems quite a bit smaller than that of the massive HD2/Supersonic stature.
We'll keep you posted on details as they unfold, but for now, it looks like HTC is set to share its oversized smartphone love with everyone this year.
