Samsung's Galaxy Note Android phablet (phone + tablet) is now up for pre-order on AT&T. The much-anticipated Galaxy Note is slated to arrive in AT&T stores February 17th for $299.99 on a two-year AT&T contract.

Those interested in the Note can pre-order the device right now on AT&T's website. The Galaxy Note will be available in two color options, carbon blue or ceramic white.

The Galaxy Note is very similar to other Galaxy S handsets on the market, adding a massive 5.3-inch HD display and faster, 1.5GHz Qualcomm processor. Samsung is positioning the Note between a small tablet computer and a large-screen smartphone.

The Galaxy Note's other features include 4G LTE connectivity, an 8-megapixel camera, and Samsung's S-Pen stylus. The Note will also run Android 2.3 Gingerbread with Samsung’s TouchWiz UI.

While the Note is no doubt sexy, it really remains to seen whether ordinary phone or tablet shoppers will actually be tempted by the 5.3-inch monster. Samsung has sold over 1 million Notes worldwide, so while it is definitely a niche product, it might be popular here in the United States.

For those interested in Note, make sure to check out our hands-on with the device at CES. Definitely worth a glance if you're into Android or unique mobile devices.
