
T-Mobile's SpringBoard 4G and Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 get official, release dates revealed
Both the Galaxy Tab 10.1 and SpringBoard 4G will run Android 3.2 Honeycomb and be able to take at advantage of T-Mobile USA's 4G HSPA+ network

T-Mobile has finally announced release dates for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and Huawei SpringBoard 4G. You can pencil in November 2nd for the Galaxy Tab 10.1, while T-Mobile's SpringBoard 4G will be arriving five days later, on November 7th.
If you recall, T-Mobile officially unveiled the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and SpringBoard 4G in the beginning of October and said a release date would be forthcoming. At the time, T-Mobile had simply stated that both devices would be available “in time for the holidays.” And well, it looks like they were telling the truth.
As for the individual devices, lets begin with the one that many already know and love - the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. This, as the name suggests, sports a 10.1 inch display. In addition, the Tab will have a dual-core NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor and a weight of 1.24 pounds. The Galaxy Tab 10.1 will also have support for and come with Samsung Media Hub pre-installed.
The SpringBoard 4G is Huawei's first Honeycomb tablet for the U.S. market. Like the HTC Flyer, The 7-inch tablet includes a 1280-by-800 display and 5-megapixel camera. It runs a mostly stock version of Android and Netflix is pre-installed. It's a great device. IF you're a T-Mobile customer looking for a tablet, it looks like you have plenty to be excited about.
